Do you feel like you are a slave to your calendar?  So many things going on that you are losing control?  Bob Wangen will show you how to juggle the balls you are trying to keep in the air at once.  Learn how to know which balls to throw higher, which balls to let drop on the floor, and which balls should have never been thrown into the air in the first place.

Time is the irreplaceable resource, once used or wasted, it is gone forever.  The key to successfully managing multiple tasks, objectives, and deadlines is accurately identifying priorities and properly allocating your time, based on these priorities.

As a result of this program, you will –
ü      Have a basis for analyzing and setting priorities.
ü      How to find flexibility in your schedule
ü      Know how to tame both the “paper” and “electronic tiger.”
ü      Know how to apply a systems approach to manage your multiple priorities
