BNW Manufacturing Receives Contract for Enterprise Project Management

Toledo, OH, May 2, 2008 — BNW Manufacturing Associates, LLC, considered to be experts in product development and project management processes in the manufacturing industry, announced that they have received a contract from Enterprise Tool & Die located in Grandville, Michigan.

 

BNW’s role with Enterprise Tool & Die will be to implement a company-wide Program Management System to improve on-time delivery of their engineered-to-order transfer die and progressives die process, resulting in significant reductions in process lead time. 

 

The contract, which began on April 17, 2008, is the first phase of several planned by Doug Groom, CEO and President of Enterprise Tool & Die.

 

“BNW was selected to rollout this capability because of their well-known experience and high performance results in our tool, die, mold and special machine industry,” Groom said. “[They’ll] make our company more competitive on schedule and cost, in a very tough automotive tooling environment.”

 

The contract includes the installation and rollout of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management technology; engineered to order templates, and a standard suite of BNW engineering, production, and Program Management reports to manage and streamline the entire process.
